Is there an age limit for riding the boards?

The recommended age limit for riding the electric surfboards is 18 years. Exceptions can be made for younger but physically fit and well-trained young people. However, the legal regulations in the country, where the jetboards will be used, apply.

Is there a weight limit for riding the boards?

The recommended weight limit for riding the boards is 150kg. Please note that if you weigh over 150kg you might experience difficulties when riding the boards.

What does the package contain when you buy an electric surfboard?

Do you need a boating license to ride a board?

Whether a boating license is required for riding the boards depends on the regulations of the country in which the boards will be used. The electric surfboard is equipped with a 10 kW electric motor, which is equivalent to 14 hp. In Bulgaria no license is required for riding Lampuga electric surfboards.

A license is required for:

- all vessels with engines over 15 kW (20 hp), regardless of their length.

- boats over 4.57 m (15 ft) long, regardless of engine power.

In Greece, no license is required for riding a Lampuga electric surfboard.

A license is required for:

- inflatable vessels with an engine exceeding 11 kW (15 hp)

Can you ride waves with the  boards?

While calm water is optimal for riding a Lampuga jetboard, the jetboards can be used in waves and it is possible to ride waves with the boards. Please note that there is an additional risk of personal injury and damaging the boards when used in waves.

How long does it take to assemble and disassemble an electric surfboard?

Can I extend the running time of my  board?

Yes, it is possible to extend your jetboard’s running time by using an additional battery.  features a simple plug-and-play battery system that allows for a fast battery change. By using an additional battery, you can more than double your board’s daily running time. Please note that the riding style and weight of the user, as well as the weather conditions (wind, waves) influence the battery’s running time.

What do I do if I have technical issues with my board?

If you experience technical issues with your jetboard, please refer to the operator’s manual. If you need further assistance, please contact your dealer from whom you purchased the jetboard.

What guarantee conditions are offered when buying a board?
