  什么是充电桩? 充电桩是指为电动汽车提供能量补充的充电装置,其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑(公共楼宇、商场、公共停车场等)和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。 充电桩的输入端与交流电网直接连接,输出端都装有充电插头用于为电动汽车充电。充电桩一般提供常规充电和快速充电两种充电方式,人们可以使用特定的充电卡在充电桩提供的人机交互操作界面上刷卡使用,进行相应的充电操作和费用数据打印,充电桩显示屏能显示充电量、费用、充电时间等数据。

世界主要市场的几种充电级别与充电接口

充电级别 美国在2012年之前,就给需要充电的汽车制定好了充电级别。 汽车充电按输入电压与电流的大小分为三个级别。 第一级电压 120  伏,按这个级别充电的话,小型的电动车一般需要 8 个小时以上的充电时间,如果拿特斯拉 Model S  这种电池容量较大的车举例,可能需要超过一天的时间。 这个级别一般只是家庭使用,并且在晚上彻夜充电。 实际上,这个级别是美国独有的,因为美国的家庭电压是 120  伏,所以说它对中国用户是不适用的 ,除非我们准备生产电动汽车出口美国,一般情况下我们不必理会它。 第二级电压240伏,按这个级别充电,普通的电动车一般需要  4 到  8 个小时的充电时间。这个级别一般要求使用专门的充电桩,并配备能够承担  20 到  80 安培电流的线圈。我国因为家用电压为交流  220 伏,所以生产使用的充电桩也都随之有所调整。 前两个级别输入输 出都是交流电,而第三级则是大家耳熟能详的直流快充。 它的输入电压一般为交流电 480 到 600 伏之间,输出电压则为直流电。 这种直流快充可以在 30 分钟内将电池充到 80% 的程度,但如果继续充,就没有这么快了。 我国直流充电桩的输入电压一般采用三相四线交流 380  伏。 充电接口 需要充电的汽车主要就是两种,纯电动和插电式混合动力。一般来说,插电式混合动力车型电池容量小,需要充电的时间不长,所以只配备交流充电接口。而纯电动汽车因为电池容量大,一般既有交流接口也有直流快充接口。 不同国家对交流接口和直流快充接口的要求和标准也不一样。 首先不得不提 SAE J1772 标准和 IEC  62196  标准。 SAE J1772 标准可以说算是最早实施的充电接口标准,第一版于 2010  年 1 月发布,北美地区基本都使用 SAE J1772 标准。 IEC 62196 标准于  2012 年  1 月发布,是一个主要被欧洲国家汽车厂商所采用的交流充电标准。  SAE J1772 的 5 芯交流充电接口在 IEC 62196-2 标准中被定义为 type 1 接口,而 7 芯接口则被定义为 type 2  接口。 简单来说,美国地区交流与直流充电...

  随着电动汽车的发展,已经渗透到人们生活和社会生产的方方面面,无论是家用车、出租车、网约车,还是公交车、物流车,甚至是大卡车、泥头车,以及工程专用车辆,都在逐步的替换成电动车。 电动汽车有着诸多的优点,随着充电桩的进一步建设布局,将不断让电动车充电更加方便,提升电动车使用体验。而让电动车方便充电前提条件是充电桩能适配所有电动汽车,避免充电桩与电动汽车之间出现不兼容的情况,即需要统一的充电桩标准。 如同其他产业的发展从无序走向规范一样,充电桩产业的发展也是逐步标准化的过程。只有标准化才能规范电动汽车与充电设施的接口及互操作;规定充电设施的产品质量和性能要求,保障充电安全;规定充电设施大规模推广建设与运行要求;逐步开拓国际市场,推动国际标准化。 目前国际上形成了四个主要的充电桩标准 目前国际上的主要四个充电桩标准,分别是:中国国标GB/T、CCS1美标(combo/Type 1)、CCS2欧标(combo/Type 2)、日本标准CHAdeMO。 CCS(Combined Charging System)联合充电系统 CCS(Combined Charging System)联合充电系统标准源于美国汽车工程师协会 SAE 标准和欧洲汽车工业协会 ACEA 标准为基础的直流快速联合充电系统combo标准,2012 年在美国洛杉矶第 26 届世界电动汽车大会上正式成立了“快速充电协会”,同年福特、通用、大众、奥迪、宝马、戴姆勒和保时捷以及克莱斯勒等美德 8 大车企就建立统一的电动汽车快速充电标准发表声明,随后宣布联合推广 CCS标准。随后很快得到美国、德国汽车行业协会的认可。 这种充电接口的优势在于把普通充电和快速充电整合到一个插头和插座上,使用单相、三相交流电和直流电,陆续成为 美国和欧盟国家以及采用美国和欧盟标准的国家如韩国、新加坡、印度、俄罗斯 等国的通用充电桩标准。 标准代表着行业的一个制高点,一直是科技和工业强国的兵家必争之地,日本得力于强大的汽车科技和工业实力,电动汽车也发展较早,在充电桩标准方面也在强势的推广,面对日本充电桩标准的竞争, 2014 年 9 月欧盟通过《替代能源基础设施建设指令》,提议2019 年起禁止公共充电站建设日本的 CHAdeMO 标准充电桩。要求在欧洲的电动汽车充电网络执行CCS Type 2的充电桩标准,CCS Type ...
